About the challenge
Our spring challenge kicks off on the 15th of September and will finish on the 23rd of November 2025. The initial compulsory induction meeting will be held on Sunday the 13th, 9am at HD.
This program is not about extreme restriction or unachievable body composition targets.
It’s designed to help you train effectively and fuel your body in a way that aligns with your personal goals. Our training programs and nutrition frameworks are grounded in evidence-based practices, ensuring that when you commit fully, you can achieve the results you’re aiming for, and maintain them.

Yes, the 10 week program requires you to have access to a gym. This can be any gym it does not have to be HD.

Ideally, we ask for laser focus over the full 10 weeks. Of course, we understand that life happens, the more committed you are during the challenge, the greater your results will be.

Yes, this challenge requires you to track your calories and macros for the full 10 weeks everyday.

During this challenge we are offering 2 different options.
Meal plans in which you will follow as exactly as it is prescribed. Note you will still need to weigh and measure everything accurately.
The second option is our full calorie and macro counting option. If you select this option you will not be told what to eat but taught how to track and enter foods you wish to eat during the 10 weeks.

When you create your profile, we use your information to set calorie and macro targets tailored to your goals. Your trainers will guide you in making healthy choices that align with those goals, or provide a meal plan if you prefer.

Yes, this year the prize is a 6 month membership to HD

Please note progress pictures are a compulsory part of the challenge. If you do not submit pictures you cannot continue with the challenge.
