STRENGTH ACTUALLY
A dedicated strength session centred around the key compound movements, supported by targeted accessory work. Build strength with precise coaching, consistent progressions and a focus on quality movement.

SWEAT SQUAD
A conditioning-focused session designed to improve aerobic fitness, power and overall work capacity. Expect structured formats such as EMOMs, AMRAPs and interval work that deliver purposeful conditioning and complement your strength training.

THE PEACH CLUB
A lower-body focused strength session targeting all major lower-body movement patterns. Build strength and technical proficiency through a blend of compound lifts and accessory work.

BURN BABES
An upper-body and core session focused on developing stability, control and movement quality through key upper-body patterns and accessory work.

HD YOGA
A dynamic vinyasa-based flow designed to enhance mobility, stability and overall movement quality. Ideal as a mid-week reset, this class complements strength training and is suitable for all levels including pregnancy and postnatal.

HD MAT PILATES
A low-impact, core-focused session designed to improve trunk strength, postural control and body awareness. Expect controlled, technique-driven movement that supports functional strength and long-term training capacity.

BOSS GIRL BOXING
A boxing-inspired conditioning class focused on technique, coordination and high-intensity aerobic work. Learn pad-holding fundamentals, striking patterns and rhythm while building fitness and confidence.

A balanced mix of strength and conditioning designed to develop full-body strength, endurance and overall training capacity. Expect structured lifting paired with purposeful conditioning.

If you sign up for our full access membership you can do as many classes as you want per week.
