With a background in strength training and a passion for creating inclusive spaces, Hannah launched High Definition to bring together the best in training, recovery, and lifestyle. Her vision was to move away from cookie-cutter gyms and instead build a performance-driven, supportive environment where every member feels seen.

Hannah leads with a people-first approach - ensuring every coach brings specialised knowledge and genuine care, while keeping the vibe approachable, energetic, and fun.

    HD Yoga is a dynamic yet soulful vinyasa flow based yoga practice. This mid week reset aims to compliment your HD training regime. With a focus on building physical and mental flexibility, stability and strength. Suitable for everyone including pre and postal mums and those rehabilitating from injury.

  • HD MAT PILATES

    HD pilates is designed to build core stability and strength. With a focus on body awareness and stamina, in the aim to enhance graceful and sustainable movement. Mat pilates is a low impact yet challenging workout, accessible for all.

  • BOSS GIRL BOXING

    Box with your besties! If you need to mix up your cardio HD boxing is the perfect addition to your weekly schedule. During the class you will learn how to hold the pads for your GF and then take your shot with the gloves on.

  • Unfortunately we don’t offer trial periods or trial classes. The best way to figure out if HD is for you is to purchase a “one off class

  • No! You may cancel at any time.

  • If you sign up for our full access membership you can do as many classes as you want per week.

  • We require 2 weeks notice for your cancellation. This is to be sent via email to our reception team.
