Meet Hannah: Founder & Coach
With a background in strength training and a commitment to inclusive, evidence-based coaching, Hannah founded High Definition Fitness to deliver high-quality training within a genuinely supportive environment. Her vision was to move beyond cookie-cutter gyms and create a performance-driven space where women feel confident, capable, and well supported.
Hannah leads with a people-first approach, setting the standard for coaching excellence, integrity, and care. She ensures every member and coach feels valued, while maintaining an atmosphere that is welcoming, empowering, and grounded in professionalism.

Hannah specialises in strength training and pre/postnatal coaching. Bringing over a decade of industry experience and mentorship under one of the world’s leading strength coaches. Having trained throughout her own pregnancy, she combines technical expertise with lived experience to support women safely and confidently through every stage of training.

EXCERCISE PHYSIOLOGISTS
Erin is a degree-qualified Exercise Physiologist who specialises in back pain, movement quality and functional strength. She combines clinical assessment with targeted programming to help clients improve mobility, build resilience and move with confidence.
