Personal Training at High Definition is fully customised coaching built around your goals, lifestyle and training experience. Your program follows a structured 4-week periodisation model, allowing you to build strength, refine technique and progress with intention.
PT members also receive complimentary access to track all weights, lifts and progress inside our member app both for PT and for any classes you choose to add to your membership.

PEDRO • DIRECTOR
Pedro is a director and senior coach at High Definition, specialising in powerlifting and strength and conditioning. His coaching is shaped by his extensive athletic and rugby career, including his debut for the Brumbies, bringing a high-performance mindset and strong technical standards to every session.

HANNAH • DIRECTOR
Hannah brings over a decade of coaching experience, specialising in powerlifting and strength development. Her coaching is strongly influenced by her mentorship with the Australian Strength Coach and her own journey training through pregnancy as a pre-and postnatal specialist. Known for her firm, straightforward coaching style, Hannah supports clients with clear guidance, high standards and a strong focus on movement confidence.

LEAH
Leah is our Studio Manager and truly the heart of High Definition. She has been with us since we opened and continues to shape the atmosphere and culture that makes HD so special. As a coach, Leah is warm, bubbly and endlessly patient, supporting members of all fitness levels with encouragement and care. She makes every person who walks through our doors feel welcome and capable.

ERIN
As a degree-qualified Exercise Physiologist, Erin brings a depth of knowledge and clinical skill that underpins everything she does. She works exclusively with EP clients but continues to coach within our group sessions, offering technical guidance and movement expertise that is unmatched. Erin is known for her calm, capable coaching style and her ability to support members with precision and care.

RUBY
Ruby is our Social Media Manager as well as a high-performing group coach and personal trainer. She wears many hats and brings laughter, energy and positivity into every part of the gym. Her bubbly, approachable nature and the genuine relationships she builds with members make her an invaluable part of the HD community.

RACHEL
Rachel is an extremely qualified coach with ten years of industry experience. Known for her hard-hitting, high-energy sessions, she brings an explosive training style influenced by Hyrox, hybrid conditioning and compound lifting. Rachel is powerful, dynamic and a little quirky. Her presence brings a fun, electric energy to the gym floor.

LARA
As both a personal trainer and group coach, she brings strong technical ability and a naturally supportive coaching style. As a young mum, she also offers a relatable, grounded perspective to women navigating training through different life stages, creating a comfortable and encouraging environment for all.

Rubi is a bright, bubbly and enthusiastic group coach who brings a fun, uplifting energy to every class. She’s always happy to chat, connect and support members, and her willingness to learn makes her a valued part of the HD coaching team.

All you need to do is arrange a makeup session with your coach. That might mean you do two the week before to make sure you are up to date

PT requires a minimum commitment of 12 weeks
